Pamela Mashiane - MD

Pamela Mashiane is the MD and founder of Segakweng Enterprise & Strategy Consulting (PTY) LTD-SEAS.

"Pam" as she is popularly known has a long history of experience within strategy development; spanning from marketing management positions to directorship posts in various SA corporates for over 20 years. She is a well-known and ardent trainer, and mentor for SMEs. Pam capped her junior degrees with an MBA from Milpark Business School.

Evelyn Mphahlele - Project Manager

Evelyn “Makgolo” Mphahlele has been with SEAS since 2011 as a Project Manager. This vibrant young lady comes with extensive experience in project management; her project management skills are impeccable. Makgolo is responsible for leading and managing and ensuring implementation of all projects in our business. Makgolo boasts a Project Management Diploma from Damelin.

"My interview literally took 10 minutes, on the 20th July 2011 and I was immediately appointed to start the following Monday. From my day number two at work, I had to travel across several South African Provinces to represent our company-executing one of government’s biggest annual projects. I can never compare the enormous experience I have gained at SEAS for just less than 2 years, to my 12 years of having worked for the government, big corporates and financial institutions."

At SEAS we learn something new every single day, we laugh, we work hard, we hassle, most of all we ensure that we make our clients’ lives easy. I have never imagined myself speaking in front of people but I had to do it on my second day at work, I have to do it during facilitation, I have to do it during mentorship sessions, all as part of my learning experience. The environment is homely, the people are wonderful, and I feel appreciated all the time…

Fikile Makhoba - Finance Manager

Popularly known as “Fix” comes with extensive experience in bookkeeping and financial management. True to her nature and name, Fix literally fixes our financial matters and compliance matters.

"I met Pam at a mutual friend’s wedding, and we immediately connected. She told me more of who she is and what she does as I only knew her as a mentor. Upon my telling her of my professional experience, she then informed me of her hunt for a bookkeeper, and our relationship began."

"I started working for SEAS on the 19th of December 2011 on a trial basis as I knew she had high expectations and was not sure whether I will meet them. After three days I realised that being here is going to be an incredible journey for me; and that I will learn as much as possible in my field!
